Our Monday - Sunday class schedule is designed to create a solid fitness routine without
getting burnt out. Each class ends with a cold tea tree towel and meditation to give you a reset.
Taking no more than 12 students at a time, we are here to ensure you have the most quality
and uplifting workout with us.
